IntelliHUB team actively monitors statistics and operations of our installed systems to identify every component is performing in the expected manner. This helps us to identify possible problems before they actually happen. IntelliSENSE enables all our systems to provide real-time error and fault alerts to IntelliHUB. Whenever something goes wrong, our EMS raises an alert on IntelliSENSE which is instantly reported to our IntelliHUB team. Our team then runs remote diagnostics on your system to identify the source of problem. The team then applies remote ﬁxes to eliminate the problem. In some rare cases, if the problem cannot be ﬁxed remotely, IntelliHUB support agents will call you to schedule a maintenance visit.
